Street Harassment Video Used For White Supremacist Recruitment

Street harassment

A day in the life of a woman in New York.

A widely-viewed street harassment video made by Hollaback! is being used as a key recruitment tool for far-right groups eager to up their memberships.

The video, which was viewed 15 million times in the last few days, shows a young white woman walking the streets of New York city while being harassed by numerous men, most of whom appear to be Black or Latino.

“Our subscriptions have skyrocketed since we started using the video and now we’re getting calls from all over the world”, said Dave Humerson of the Southern White Action league.

“As you can see from the video, white womanhood is under attack from brutes eager to get their hands on our girls and I intend to put a stop to that. How many more Obamas do we need?”

Sketch Thompson of the White Freedom Association said: “The video is more effective than any number of rallies and leafleting campaigns and it’s a clarion call for all right-thinking white people to take up arms and fight the dark menace stalking our women.

“We thank the makers of the video for making our job easier. It’s good to know they’re on our side.”

When asked if he supported the #YouOkSis campaign and about the broader issue of male street harassment towards women Thompson said he wasn’t interested in such things.
